Life Coaching
Feeling Stuck? Ready for a Change?
Sometimes one small change in how you think, how you see yourself or how you approach a problem can make a big difference.
Life coaching helps you look at where you are now, where you want to be and what may be holding you back.
It isn't about someone telling you what to do. It's about helping you recognise your strengths, challenge unhelpful thinking and take practical steps towards the life you want.
How Life Coaching Can Help
Life coaching can help you:
- Build confidence and self-belief
- Challenge negative self-talk and limiting beliefs
- Set realistic and achievable goals
- Develop healthier boundaries
- Build resilience
- Improve motivation and direction
- Manage change and difficult decisions
- Turn your intentions into positive action
Philip McTaggart brings more than 20 years of experience in mental health, suicide prevention, personal development, community work and training to his coaching practice.
He holds a Level 5 qualification in Personal & Professional Life Coaching, an Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a Certificate in Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture.
Philip is currently completing his CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
His approach is supportive, practical and focused on moving forward. The aim isn't to create dependency, but to help you develop the confidence, self-awareness and skills to make your own decisions. You can also learn more about our Suicide Awareness Training and how it helps people develop the confidence to recognise when someone may be struggling and offer appropriate support.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
You don't have to change everything at once.
Sometimes one small change is where it begins.
